I think all my notes about the Li Po book, which I read in parallel. Du Fu / Tu Fu and Li Bai / Li Po were contemporary poets and friends, and are now regarded as two of china's greatest poets. These are like, obviously good, but as with all translated poetry I end up with more questions than I started with.
