I'm really trying to watch out for boring parent conversations, and shut them down as quickly as possible. That being said, please excuse the existence of this book.
Nina Planck's thesis is this: screw the Gerber plan and just feed your babies real foods, Michael Pollan style. In fact, like most book of its ilk it would've been better if it had been boiled down to something like 'Food Rules."
