Notes
A long essay on cognition* and how it gets screwed up by: recency and only paying attention to the NEW, by trying to think 'for yourself', and so on. As someone who follows Jacobs on the internet, I'd definitely heard this stuff, but it's nice to have it gathered together in one place.
