Across the Green Grass Fields

Notes

I liked this one the least of this series but I AM a sucker for a series so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. In this one, we get a new child, a new world, absolutely unconnected to the previous. And the child is younger, and so it definitely feels like a book for younger children? Also it's just hard not to roll my eyes a bit at 'horse girl goes to horseworld.' I mean, fine, but if this was book 1 there would never have been a book 2 for me.

OTOH I do love the challenge of this: hey let's make a portal fantasy where everything is a magical horse variant: centaurs and unicorns and kelpies and such. I can't believe we never met a pegasus!
